Data Deletion Instructions

At Mantra Technologies Private Limited, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data that we have collected through our website, products, or via third-party integrations such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

How to Request Data Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request using any of the following methods:

Option 1 — Email Request

  1. Send an email to privacy@mantragroup.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a brief description of the data you want deleted.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Option 2 — Removing Facebook / Meta App Permissions

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Click on Apps and Websites in the left sidebar.
  3. Find the Mantra AI application in the list of active apps.
  4. Click Remove next to the app.
  5. Confirm removal. This will revoke Mantra AI's access to your Facebook data.
  6. To ensure all stored data is also deleted from our servers, please follow up with an email to privacy@mantragroup.com referencing your Facebook account email.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove the following data associated with your account:

  • Personal profile information (name, email address, profile picture)
  • Usage history and activity logs associated with your account
  • Any other personally identifiable information we hold in our systems

Exceptions

We may be required to retain certain data even after a deletion request in the following circumstances:

  • To comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
  • To resolve pending disputes or enforce our agreements.
  • Data that has been anonymised and can no longer be linked to you personally.

In such cases, we will inform you of the specific reason for retention and the expected retention period.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation to the email address you provided with your request. If you do not receive a confirmation within 35 days of submitting your request, please contact us again.
