Data Deletion Instructions

Mantra AI Ltd ("Mantra AI," "we," "us," or "our"), registered at DIFC, Dubai, operates products including Jug.ai, SDR.io, ClickDesk, and Agile CRM. If you wish to delete the data Mantra AI has collected through your use of our services or Facebook/Instagram integration, you can do so by following the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to privacy@mantragroup.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include the email address or Facebook/Instagram profile name associated with your account.
3. Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Facebook & Instagram Users

If you connected via Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove Mantra AI's access by going to Settings → Apps and Websites in your Facebook account and removing the app. This will stop future data collection, but to delete previously collected data, please email us as described above.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete all personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Messaging content and conversation history
• Profile information received from Facebook or Instagram
• Any other personally identifiable information we have collected

Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate compliance purposes (e.g., fraud prevention records). In such cases, we will inform you of the specific retention and the legal basis.
