Refund Policy

At Mantra Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds work for our Services, including Fav.ai, SDR.io, CRM.io, Jug.ai, Support.cc, and Stark.ai.

1. Free Tiers

All of our products offer free tiers with generous usage limits. We encourage you to fully evaluate a product on its free tier before upgrading to a paid plan. No payment information is required for free tiers.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

If you are on a monthly subscription and are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade. After the 14-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of your current billing period.
