3A. Facebook & Instagram Data

When you interact with our AI-powered agents on Facebook or Instagram, we collect and process your messaging content and public profile information solely to respond to your inquiries and provide customer support. We do not sell data collected through these platforms. You can revoke our access at any time by going to Settings → Apps and Websites in your Facebook account and removing the app. To request deletion of previously collected data, please visit our Data Deletion page or email privacy@mantragroup.com.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our Services (hosting, analytics, payment processing)
• Payment processing: billing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record and processes payments on our behalf
