By creating an account, accessing, or using any of our Services — including but not limited to Fav.ai, SDR.io, CRM.io, Jug.ai, Support.cc, and Stark.ai — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

• Promptly update your information if it changes

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on the relevant product pricing page. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice
• Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for our products and handles all billing inquiries

6. Free Tiers and Trials

We may offer free tiers or trial periods for certain Services. Free tiers may have usage limitations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tiers at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the property of Mantra Group and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Services. We will not sell your data to third parties.

9. Data Processing

Our AI-powered Services may process your data to deliver functionality such as automated responses, lead scoring, campaign management, and customer support. This processing is performed solely to provide the Services you have subscribed to and is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mantra Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mantra Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of the DIFC.
